Service Description

When your home, property, or land starts whispering, it usually begins with small signs, and they tend to get worse without work. A chill where there should be warmth. Heaviness in certain rooms. Pets avoiding corners. Dreams that shift. Something that just feels off. The work happens in two parts. First, the investigation, a deep dive, which tells us what's actually there. Then, if it's warranted and you decide to move forward, the clearing. **THE INVESTIGATION is $100. Request a time, and once I've reviewed your request and confirmed availability, I'll send an invoice. Work begins when payment is confirmed. You'll receive a checklist to work through before our call once the service is booked. I connect with the property energetically, assess what's present, and send you a written report. We talk it through on a findings call. Most cases involve more than one conversation. Expect emails back and forth as things surface, and more calls if we need them, all included in the price. You won't be left waiting on a report and wondering what's happening. **THE CLEARING is quoted after the investigation, never before, once I know what's there and whether the work is remote or on-site. On-site factors in distance and time. Once we've talked through the findings and you decide to move forward, I'll send you a written quote and invoice with the scope and the price spelled out. Communication stays included here too, at no extra charge. I keep the clearing separate and invoiced on purpose, because that work runs through a wide spectrum of variables and it's rarely black and white. I won't charge for anything we haven't discussed first. My priority is getting you back to feeling in control of your own space. You're not imagining it.
